As Paid Media Specialist, you’ll be the driving force behind our performance marketing strategy. You’ll plan, execute, and optimize campaigns that get results—building awareness, driving traffic, and converting high-intent audiences into engaged customers.

Turn Spend into Strategy
Paid media is more than clicks and conversions—it’s a growth engine. You’ll manage budgets across platforms, design testing roadmaps, and find scalable ways to improve ROI. Your deep understanding of paid search, social, and programmatic will shape how we reach and resonate with our audience.
Working closely with creative, content, and analytics teams, you’ll ensure every campaign aligns with brand goals and user intent. Your ability to balance performance with brand presence will be key to long-term success.
Plan, launch, and optimize paid media campaigns across platforms (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.)
Own channel strategy, audience targeting, and budget allocation to maximize ROI
Analyze performance metrics, generate insights, and recommend data-backed optimizations
A/B test creative, copy, and landing pages to drive continual improvement
Collaborate with design and content teams to deliver compelling, high-converting assets
Report on campaign performance, insights, and growth opportunities to key stakeholders
Stay ahead of industry trends, platform changes, and emerging ad technologies

What You Bring:
Proven experience managing paid media campaigns with clear performance outcomes
Deep expertise in paid search, paid social, and retargeting strategies
Proficiency with tools like Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and attribution platforms
Strong analytical skills and a love for optimizing the small things that make a big difference
Ability to balance performance marketing with brand alignment
Clear communication skills and experience presenting data-driven insights
A test-and-learn mindset with a passion for growth
