As HR Administrator, you’ll be the backbone of our people operations. You’ll ensure every process runs smoothly—from onboarding to offboarding, payroll to policy—creating a seamless employee experience that reflects our values.
With a sharp eye for detail and a passion for people, you’ll manage the day-to-day of HR with efficiency, care, and consistency. Your work will help shape a workplace that’s organized, compliant, and built for growth.
Build Processes, Enable People

Working closely with HR, finance, and team leads, you’ll be a key link between people and process. Your ability to balance empathy with precision will help us maintain a culture where everyone feels supported and empowered.
Maintain employee records and HR databases with accuracy and confidentiality
Support onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth experience for all
Coordinate payroll, benefits administration, and time-off tracking
Assist with the preparation of HR documentation, contracts, and compliance reports
Be a point of contact for HR queries, providing timely and helpful responses
Help implement and improve HR policies and internal processes
Support recruitment coordination, interview scheduling, and offer management
Ensure adherence to employment laws, internal policies, and GDPR compliance

What You Bring:
Experience in an HR support or administrative role, ideally in a fast-paced environment
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Familiarity with HR systems, payroll processes, and employment legislation
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage confidential information with discretion
A proactive mindset with a passion for helping others
Comfort working cross-functionally and balancing multiple priorities
